Alex and Melissa Tsironis, the co-founders of Tinkit STEAM Labs are experienced educators with over 40 years of combined teaching expertise and strong backgrounds in technology and S.T.E.A.M. education. They hold certifications in Gifted & Talented, Special Education, English Language Arts, Elementary Education, and TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Currently, Melissa and Alex serve as public school educators in both Clarkstown and South Orangetown school districts.
